Create a striking stage and screen experience using 4 x 20K projectors, a 20m wide screen, high-end image blending software, and a striking light show. Present and capture all content and action via a 3 camera outside broadcast production unit. Stage and produce six concurrent breakout sessions across three days and include all speaker and presentation management for both plenary and breakout sessions. Run 24/7 digital signage and live Twitter feed on a video wall in the foyer to keep delegates abreast of breaking news.
